My company has gone woke within the last couple of years. They have mandated a critical race theory type class under the name Inclusive Behaviors Inventory. Everywhere you look there is now Diversity and Inclusion and “courageous conversations.” We now have a Chief Diversity Officer who reports right to the CEO. There are all sorts of “categories” of “able,” “hola,” “pride,” “veterans,” “women,” etc. It makes you wonder where you fit it or if you really fit in at all.
