Color Us United is a leading anti-woke 501c(3) organization dedicated to a raceblind America. We conduct targeted campaigns to speak out against those that want to divide our country. We publish, speak, and advocate regularly for merit-based hiring and promotion and against the notion that America is a racist country.

Program Officer

Role:

The Program Officer role is both a content production role and a management role.

  • Research our campaigns for feasibility (our campaigns that target AmEx, Salvation Army, etc. for their woke policies)
  • Conduct strategic assessments on best courses of action to aid our goal of speaking out against institutions who want to divide America
  • outreach and set up meetings with relevant employees and leaders within those companies through social media and email
  • work with our coalition partners and whistleblowers to enlist in our efforts
  • Monitor Color Us United social media and media on the issue
  • Develop landing pages on our website to advertise our campaigns
  • Occasionally package employee whistleblower testimonies into stories attractive for the media
  • Edit and write articles on the campaigns we are running
  • Report once a week on progress/success of the campaign using numbers and data gleaned from social media report

 

Qualifications:

  • Either senior or junior level. Senior level requires some level of nonprofit programs execution or campaign experience.  The pay there is higher than the pay for junior level, which is about developing right out of college.
  • Detail oriented, aggressive, willing to “get to the bottom” of something, determined
  • Excellent relational skills and capable of working independently
  • Part-time and remote options, though should be open to move to the Raleigh-Durham area eventually (can talk about this with the candidate to discuss individual needs/plans)

 

Salary:

Starting $48,000 with more experience leading to higher starting salaries

Spring Internships

Are you a motivated, detail-oriented, and ambitious student who wants to make an impact on the national stage? Do you want to be apart of a movement to advance individual liberty?  If you fit any of these descriptors, Color Us United has opening for Spring interns this year. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit whose mission is to fight for a colorblind America. The internship is part-time, includes pay, and is in-person in the Raleigh-Durham area.
