DEI has:

1) Increased division by group identity and hostility.
2) Distracted me and others I know from their work.
3) Encouraged a disruptive and victimology mentality that leads to co-workers complaining and acting against the company, encouraging the creation and exacerbation of problems rather than solutions.

Across the board, DEI has increased racism, sexism, heterophobia and especially antisemitism.

DEI should be ditched.
