I was interested in some leadership training after receiving an email from HR regarding the sessions. Here’s the response from HR: “NGL program is only open to employees whom have self-identified as African American/Black or Hispanic/Latino in the HR system, at this time so unfortunately, not yet open to allies and sponsors. Other criteria would be your motivation, aspirations and development goals that you can share in your application and your leaders support.” I’m a white male, so I don’t qualify for this program.
