Our CEO is proudly gay. Our training materials encourage involvement with BLM. We have Gay Pride posters in our store featuring transgender individuals and placards with bi-racial gay couples cutting wedding cakes. We have to raise funds at the cash registers for transgender youth. All this disgusts me. Our manager is a minority who takes so much time off work it is a wonder he can keep his job. Week after week of vacation and weekends, evenings and holidays off. He barely works 50% of the time. We run his store. He is completely unfair giving preference to certain employees which is wrecking store morale. When I complained, three managers wrote me up threatening my job. I could go on and on. Their woke trash causes resentment. Macy’s cannot fix the air conditioning or get simple problems solved because all their time, money and resources go to shoving woke-ism down our throats. It takes two months to navigate “on-boarding” for new hires so we repeatedly lose candidates. Of course, preference to minorities. They think this is progress.
