This is one of two companies I worked for that had “woke” employees, and did nothing to them for making essentially racist comments. I was federal contractor overseas in the Middle East from 2016-2018. I transferred from one Southwest Asian location to a better spot in 2017. The last six months of that “tour” were filled with two new incoming, Generation Z/millennial employees. Each bragged openly about being “woke” and making inappropriate comments, both serious and jokingly about white oppression or that “white privilege” exists and was oppressing them. We all were making six figures, tax free. There was no oppression, yet nothing was done when I relayed the improper behavior to the third incoming employee, our senior task lead. All of us on this particular contract came from the U.S. Army. The training we all received was a niche skill providing us employment.
