Our CEO makes public comments that we as a company are filled with old white men . We asked too read books we that tell us we are racist and we didn’t even know it. Also the company has a goal to hit to hire more women and people of color basically a quota . The corporate board also has to have women and people of color mandatory. The company shames you if you disagree with the woke policies. As a 59 year old white male I have been passed up for promotion and jobs because I don’t fit the profile. Roger Crandall the CEO is very focal progressive who has instilled a woke culture into this 170 plus heat mutual company.
